Membership & Pricing

I'm an existing member. How do I purchase more sessions?

Visit the Member Login Portal: https://app.clubworx.com/websites/theweightrm

  1. Log in using your existing credentials (email and password)
  2. Navigate to "Purchase Packages" or "My Account"
  3. Select the package you want (Semi-Private Training, HYROX Classes, etc.)
  4. Complete your purchase securely through the portal

Tip: If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page.

How do I become a new member?

New members should start by scheduling a free consultation:

  1. Visit our Contact Page
  2. Fill out the contact form with your information
  3. We'll reach out within 24 hours to schedule your free consultation
  4. During the consultation, we'll discuss your goals and get you set up

What are your current pricing plans?

View all current pricing on our Membership Page. We offer:

  • Semi-Private Personalized Training (8, 12, or 16 sessions/month)
  • HYROX Conditioning Classes (4, 8, or 12 class packs)
  • Gym Classes (4 or 8 class packs, or drop-in)
  • AutoPay and One-Time Package options available

Do packages expire?

Yes, one-time packages have expiration dates:

  • 8-session packages: 2 months
  • 12-session packages: 3 months
  • 16-session packages: 4 months

AutoPay subscriptions renew monthly and don't expire.

Do you have a referral program?

Yes. Current members who refer someone receive a $100 credit toward their next payment after the referred member completes their commitment.

How it works:

  1. Refer someone you know who's ready to train
  2. They purchase an 8-session package or larger (auto-pay or one-time)
  3. They complete their first billing cycle (auto-pay) or final session (one-time)
  4. We apply a $100 credit to your next payment

Important details:

  • Minimum 8-session package required
  • Credit applied only after referred member completes their first cycle or package
  • $100 credit applies to future billing only
  • One credit per referral

Booking & Scheduling

How do I book training sessions?

Current members can book sessions through the Member Login Portal:

  1. Log in at Member Login Portal
  2. Navigate to "Book Sessions" or "Schedule"
  3. Select your preferred date and time
  4. Confirm your booking

You can also view our Training Calendar to see available times.

What's your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being deducted from your package. Cancel through the Member Portal or contact us directly.

Training Programs

What is Semi-Private Training?

Semi-Private Training is small-group coaching (2-6 people) with personalized programs. You get:

  • Your own individualized training program
  • Real-time form corrections from coaches
  • Session-by-session progression tracking
  • Shared accountability with other members
  • Cost-effective alternative to 1-on-1 training

What's the difference between HYROX Classes and Gym Classes?

HYROX Classes: High-intensity conditioning focused on preparing for HYROX competitions. Combines functional movements with running and endurance work.

Gym Classes: General strength and conditioning classes for all fitness levels. Focus on building strength, improving movement quality, and overall fitness.

I'm a complete beginner. Can I still train here?

Absolutely. Our programs are designed for all experience levels. During your free consultation, we'll assess your current fitness level and create a program that's appropriate for you. Every workout is scalable to your ability.

How does Semi-Private Training actually work?

You train in a small group (2-6 people), but each person has their own individualized program designed for their specific goals.

What makes it different from regular group classes:

  • Personalized Programming: Your workout is designed specifically for you, not the same as everyone else
  • Direct Coaching: Real-time form corrections and technique guidance
  • Progress Tracking: Session-by-session progression tailored to your improvement
  • Shared Accountability: Train alongside others who are committed to getting stronger
  • Cost-Effective: Get quality coaching at a fraction of 1-on-1 training costs

Will I have the same workout as everyone else in Semi-Private Training?

No! That's the key difference. While you train in a small group, everyone follows their own individualized program. Your workout is tailored to your goals, experience level, and progression. The person next to you may be doing completely different exercises based on what they need.

What if I have injuries or physical limitations?

We work around limitations and often help improve them. Our coaches will:

  • Modify exercises to work safely within your current abilities
  • Design progressions that strengthen weak areas over time
  • Adjust intensity and volume based on how you're feeling
  • Ensure you can train safely and effectively

Note: We're not medical professionals. For serious injuries, we recommend working with your doctor or physical therapist first, then we'll help you train within those guidelines.

What does "science-backed" training mean?

We base our training on proven principles from exercise science, not trends or guesswork. Our programming is informed by research from experts like:

  • Dr. Andy Galpin - Exercise physiology and performance
  • Dr. Mike Israetel - Hypertrophy and programming science
  • Dr. Layne Norton - Nutrition and training principles
  • Dr. Andrew Huberman - Neuroscience and performance optimization

This means we focus on what actually works: progressive overload, proper recovery, individualized programming, and consistent execution.

Do I need experience with strength training to start?

No experience necessary. We work with everyone from complete beginners to experienced lifters. Your program will be scaled to your current ability level, and we'll teach you proper form from day one. The only requirement is being willing to learn and put in the work.

What are your hours of operation?

Who are the coaches?

The Weight RM is owned and operated by two experienced coaches who are deeply invested in evidence-based training methods.

What should I bring to my first session?

  • Comfortable workout clothes - Something you can move freely in
  • Athletic shoes - Flat-soled or barefoot-style shoes work best for lifting
  • Water bottle - Stay hydrated during your session
  • Positive attitude - Ready to learn and work hard

Tip: We recommend flat-soled shoes like Converse, Vans, or barefoot-style trainers for better stability during lifts. Check our Product Recommendations for specific shoe options.

What's included in the free consultation?

Your free 30-minute consultation includes:

  • Meet the coaches - Get to know who you'll be working with
  • Discuss your goals - Where you are now and where you want to go
  • Review your training history - Past experience, injuries, or limitations
  • Tour the facility - See the equipment and training environment
  • Learn about programs - Which option fits your goals and schedule
  • Ask questions - No question is off-limits

Do you offer body composition scans (InBody)?

Yes. We offer InBody body composition scans to track your progress with objective data including body fat percentage, muscle mass, and more.

InBody Scan Pricing:

  • Non-members: $50 per scan
  • Members: $25 per scan
  • Active AutoPay members: Unlimited scans at no additional cost

Important: What "Active AutoPay" Means

Unlimited InBody access is available when your AutoPay training package is active and payments are running on their normal schedule.

Note: If you pause your AutoPay to catch up on sessions, unlimited InBody access is also paused during that time. It resumes once AutoPay payments restart.

Commitment & Flexibility

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No long-term contracts required.

You have two options:

  • One-Time Packages: Purchase a package of sessions (8, 12, or 16) with no recurring billing. Use them within the expiration period.
  • AutoPay Memberships: Month-to-month recurring billing. You can cancel anytime (no long-term commitment required).

Can I switch between packages?

Yes! You can upgrade or change packages through your Member Login Portal, or reach out to us directly and we'll help you make the change.

Is this gym right for me if I'm not super athletic?

Yes. You don't need to be athletic to train here—you need to be willing to learn and committed to getting stronger.

We work with all fitness levels. Your program will be designed for your current ability, and we'll progress you systematically over time. The focus is on progression, not perfection.
