Antonio Reyes

Clayton is driven by clarity, consistency, and progression. He approaches strength training through a practical, science-backed lens—always thinking about what makes a program effective and sustainable over time.

His coaching is calm and observant. He watches closely, communicates clearly, and builds trust by making sure each client knows why they’re doing what they’re doing. He’s most interested in helping people move better, get stronger, and stay in it for the long run.

Antonio brings a deep understanding of movement, power, and body mechanics to his coaching. With roots in martial arts and performance training, he focuses on helping people move with more control, speed, and confidence.

His sessions are direct and dialed in. He pushes clients with intention—never just for the sake of intensity. Antonio’s training style reflects who he is: grounded, technical, and always tuned in to what each person needs to make real progress.
